Variant 1: Object with nested object. Opera uses outer object.

Variant 2: Same as Variant 1, but with an embed inside the inner object. Opera selects the inner object.

Variant 3: Same as Variant 1, but the nested object removed. Works in Opera.

Variant 4: Same as variant 3, but with an additional embed element. Opera selects <embed>

Variant 6: Youtube example - minus the embed element.
